Madeleine Fassett, SHRM-CP, is the HR Manager for Gordon Law. She serves a pivotal role in our growing company, managing recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Xavier University, Madeleine began her HR career in the logistics industry, where she gained practical experience in recruiting.

She then moved to a large consumer package goods (CPG) company, where she gained additional experience in HR operations and compliance. Working at a large and complex organization, she helped manage retail, manufacturing, and corporate workforces across multiple states.

More recently, Madeleine worked in the technology industry. She was able to combine her recruiting and people operations experience in tech startups, establishing HR best practices, strategy, and execution.

Bringing her well-rounded experience to Gordon Law as HR Manager, Madeleine enjoys working in several aspects of HR and continually expanding her knowledge and skills.
